Lancashire & North West Beekeeping Assocation, one of the oldest beekeeping associations in England is affiliated to the British Beekeepers Association (BBKA).
The association which covers the counties of Lancashire and Merseyside has seven branches details of which are below. Interested people are invited to contact any of the local branches.

People interested in beekeeping are invited to contact any of the branches detailed above.
Some of the branches run courses for beginners and some also provide assistance for new members. Details of their programmes can be found on the relevant websites. Where the branches do not have web sites, a listing of their events is given on this site. Members of the public are advised to check that the venues have not changed before attending a meeting.
